Welcome to my website. I am a woodcarver, based in Cambridge, England.

On the technical side, I work mainly with European hardwoods, using traditional hand tools in occasionally untraditional ways. More or less all the carvings you see here are finished with emery cloth and beeswax.

On the artistic side, I have an uneasy interest in surrealism mixed with an aesthetic appreciation of techniques in their own right.
